How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough. Harden off and plant out May–June in greenhouse beds or a sunny, sheltered outdoor spot. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest when fruits turn bright red.
Cooking / usage ideas: Delicious grilled, stuffed, or sliced into salads. Also excellent pickled for a crunchy, mildly spicy snack.
